This position will take training and communications content and design it in a manner that enhances the learning experience for the user.

• ·         Provide visual solutions to better communicate specific training and messages

  ·         Understanding of concept development, layout composition, color theory and typography

  ·         Responsible for developing Manager Information Guides, Power Point presentations, training templates, and other training and communication tools

  ·         Manage the process, procedures, timelines and other requirements for design, development, and delivery of related training content

  ·         Partner with other training team members to formulate standardized procedures and improvement plans related to the assigned curriculum design and implementation.

  ·         Works with the Brinker Learning Center on a collaborative basis to promote fundamental levels of standardization, building of team interaction, and leveraging of joint interests.

  ·         Understands internal & 3^rd party e-learning development environments; understands the e-learning development skills, software, and processes required to develop cost-effective and instructionally sound online solutions

  ·         Advise department on social media training and communications opportunites

  ·         Demonstrates effective fiscal management of team and initiatives ( specifically development & consulting)

  ·         Build and maintain solid relationships with peers and other departments related to content/program ownership and development (i.e. Marketing, Culinary, Brinker, PeopleWorks, Finance, Operations)

  ·         Advise Training Director on strategy of department.
