Job Summary
The Wellbeing Program Manager will lead all Wellbeing initiatives for the company. This includes the content, deployment, communication, and engagement of these programs, as well as a technical understanding of the various systems and integrations required to drive Wellbeing to 60,000 TMs spread across almost 1,000 locations nationwide. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, collaborative individual who is passionate about wellbeing and benefits and has the ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
Your Key Job Functions
  • Champion Wellbeing to become a key pillar of Brinker’s strong employee-focused culture.
  • Grow a culture of Wellbeing to further differentiate Brinker (and its restaurant brands) as an employer of choice.
  • Manage the full lifecycle-from conception to execution-of Wellbeing programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy communication to increase awareness and utilization of Wellbeing programs and benefits.
  • Manage the relationship with Limeade, our Wellbeing technology and delivery partner. This entails content creation, strategic planning for communication and execution of communication and programs.
  • Bring technical experience to understand the Limeade platform’s dependencies upon, and connections to, other Brinker systems and data.
  • Educate and influence Brinker leadership (up to C-level executives) to align with and sponsor Wellbeing strategies and initiatives.

What You Bring to the Team
  • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel highly desired.
  • ‘Tech-savviness’ – Solid understanding of technical integrations such as API and other data feed and file exchange requirements.
  • Creative problem solving to maximize the effectiveness of, and overall investment in, a Wellbeing technology platform supporting 60,000+ employees.
  • Superb project management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 – 8 years of experience in roles that involve project management, content creation, wellbeing, and communication management
