As a
Sous Chef with Maggiano’s you’ll be expected to:
- Open or Close the kitchen
- Effectively communicate and connect with staff and guests alike
- Maintain food quality standards – including consistency and presentation
- Interview, Train and Develop BOH staff
- Lead with Passion and by Example
- Manage production in main/banquet kitchens
- Maintain all menus and recipes used in the restaurant
