Our Chief BrinkerHead, Doug Brooks, and Vice President of Executive Development, Stan Fletcher, are proof of that. A little over three decades ago Doug was the manager and Stan was the bartender of a little restaurant located in a renovated post office in Dallas. And that restaurant just happened to be the first ever Chili’s. That’s right, Doug and Stan got their start working at Chili's and now they're leading the company they helped in its infancy.
