Job Summary
  • System admin-level management of various SaaS-based People (HR) Technologies-primarily the applicant tracking system (ATS)-to ensure optimum system performance, reliability and effectiveness.
  • Manage the intake process for new feature and enhancement requests. Prioritize and align with overall People Technologies strategies, then translate approved items into tactical plans.
  • Review, test and implement system enhancements, on-cycle updates and ad-hoc software releases.
  • Drive the pilot/market testing of prospective systems, serving as the primary liaison between Brinker’s PeopleWorks (HR) and I.T. teams and vendor partners.
  • Proactively pursue and research HR technology innovation, emerging trends and new functionalities.
  • Partner with other Brinker technical functions (I.T, HRIS, etc.) to implement, refine and troubleshoot integrations with other key systems and platforms.
  • Researches and resolves complex (Tiers 2 & 3) issues and anomalies.
  • Constructs, maintains and modifies business rules and process flows to ensure optimum system performance, accuracy and reliability.
    Your Key Job Functions
  • Solid work experience in roles residing within the HR technologies/HRIS function.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables in an environment prone to rapid change.
  • Project management; oversee complex projects and initiatives from conception to implementation.
  • Strategic initiative: ability to identify issues, develop recommendations, sell ideas, and implement solutions.
  • Highly analytical, logic-based mindset with the ability to flex between linear and dynamic thought approach.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Tableau experience a plus (but not required).

What You Bring to the Team
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience with HR Systems (e.g. Oracle Taleo, SumTotal, SAP, Oracle HCM, Workday); talent acquisition/applicant tracking systems are a very strong plus!
  • Enterprise-wide integration and implementation of HR systems (large organization; 25,000+ employees).
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret business needs and devise technology-based solutions.
  • Professional and confident interfacing with individuals at all levels of the organization and external vendors/customers.
