Job Summary:

  • Manages full life cycle recruiting across multiple business units including Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Human Resources as assigned.
  • Actively direct sources and mines database applicants to qualify and prescreen viable candidates for various levels across the organization.
  • Uses a variety of sourcing methods and resources to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of vetted talent for critical roles.
  • Generates leads and interests by leveraging employment branding and through thoughtful messaging via LinkedIn.
  • Monitors job posting activity and dispositions candidates appropriately in ATS.
  • Consults with PeopleWorks leadership in identifying and recommending candidates for open requisitions and provides candidate qualifications summary.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 3+ years of full life cycle corporate recruiting or staffing experience; casual dining category experience ideal. Experience recruiting for entry to mid-level talent.
  • Knowledge working with ATS tools; Taleo preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with both with internal and external stakeholders.
