Job Summary 

As a member of the Development Team, the Development Coordinator will support Real Estate, Property Development and Architectural disciplines with critical report kick-offs and date tracking, document uploads and distribution, invoice processing and tracking, RSA meeting and package coordination, gathering and assembling site tour packages, demographic reporting and mapping.

Your Key Job Functions

  • Real Estate Support – 50%
    • Assemble and distribute preliminary and final site approval packages for RSA meetings.
    • Request, gather and track information for RSA packages from internal departments and external sources.
    • Prepare RSA signature packages for RSA meetings.
    • Gather/request maps, plans, financial, comparison and demographic information for site tours, RSA packages and market planning.
    • Maintain/update development schedules.
    • Monitor incoming Real Estate emails and solicitations.
    • Code, obtain approvals, and route invoices to Accounting for processing.
    • Expense reports.
    • Check and distribute mail.
    • Assigning new restaurant numbers and communicating to team, updating Procore, and informing FSS to add to Rolodex/Brinker System.
    • Order supplies.
    • Track and distribute BOGs as needed.
  • Property Development – 40%
    • Request and track due dates for proposals, surveys, investigations and site plans.
    • Coordinate and track Kick-off and Transfer memos.
    • Upload documents and photos to Procore construction management system.
    • Coordinate and track landlord contributions and reimbursements.
    • Print and distribute half-sized CD sets to Development Team members.
    • Code, obtain approvals, and route invoices to Accounting for processing.
    • Expense reports.
    • Order supplies.
    • Maintenance and order supplies for HP Plotter Printer.
    • Sample room organization.
    • Process check request that come in from internal/external partners.
    • Check and distribute mail.
  • Architecture – 10%
    • Locate and distribute key plans and documents for litigation support.
    • Maintain and track software licensing.
    • Distribute prototype documents and standards for new construction and reimages to franchisees.
    • Same as above.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Highly organized and multi-tasked oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of and familiarity working with and assembling real estate data/information and approval packages.
  • Excellent skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience using and familiarity with third party real estate site selection software
  • 4+ years’ experience in the Development Team of a restaurant company, real estate development firm, or similar discipline.
