Job Summary

The Associate Manager of Marketing will report to a Sr. Manager of Marketing and be responsible for
supporting the development of strategies and tactics for the menu categories - Chicken Crispers, Burgers
and Fajitas that will help drive profitable sales growth and traffic for the brand. This leader will work with
multiple cross functional teams as well as field team members to ensure these tactics are executed in an
efficient manner all whilst fostering Chili Head Hospitality.

Key Job Functions

• Support strategy development and execution (test markets and national launches) of the core
menu platform – Chicken Crispers, Burgers and Fajitas, to help grow short term sales targets and
build long term brand value
Support in the development of business cases for new products/programs
Coordinate project timelines with cross-functional enterprise partners from testing to national
launch
Conduct competitive research of the industry (Quick Service Restaurants, Fast Casual
Restaurants, Casual Dining Restaurants) to identify trends and opportunities
Support concept development in partnership with Consumer Insights and Culinary teams
Manage in-restaurant contests and seasonal promotion by partnering with operations team to
create a clear and positive Team Member experience
Provide input for menu innovation inclusive of core menu, relevant food holidays and brand
activations

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
Self-starter, assertive, go-getter with high energy and desire to drive the business.
Positive mindset and able to adapt and work with various personalities and styles.
Project management capabilities managing timelines and problem-solving skills.
Ability to generate actionable recommendations.
Desire to work with integrated cross-functional teams in a collaborative work style.
Detail oriented.
Ability to thrive in dynamic fast paced environment.
Microsoft Office proficiency required.
