Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for developing,
leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives and innovation that will help drive relevancy and
build check: Appetizers, Desserts, Wings etc. This leader will work with multiple cross functional teams as
well as, field team members to ensure these tactics are executed in an efficient manner whilst fostering
Chili Head Hospitality.
Key Job Functions
• Lead the development and execution (test market and national launches) of strategic marketing
initiatives and innovation that will help drive relevancy and build check: Appetizers, Desserts,
Wings etc.
• Develop strategic business cases for marketing initiatives that identify opportunities to meet
guest needs, drive business objectives and increase our brand relevancy
• Lead diverse cross cross-functional team through a stage gate process, refining the business
case and recommendation while building team conesus to sell-in ideas to leadership at each
milestone
• Drive project timelines with cross-functional enterprise partners from testing to national launch
• Work closely with Operations and field teams to identify specific opportunities and ensure
flawless execution
• Conduct competitive research of the industry (Quick Service Restaurants, Fast Casual
Restaurants, Casual Dining Restaurants) to identify trends and opportunities
• Lead building a robust pipeline of validated ideas through consumer testing in partnership with
Consumer Insights and Culinary teams
• As part of the stage gate process, effectively communicate menu innovation and partner with
the advertising team to align on traditional and digital marketing channel support through
ideation, briefing and implementation.
What You Bring to the Team
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
• 3- 5 years of Marketing, brand management experience (client or agency)
• Positive mindset and able to adapt and work with various personalities and styles
• Big picture thinking on how to launch and sustain growth
• Strong project management capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Ability to generate actionable recommendations and resolutions
• Manage multiple projects, on time with project updates and presentations to leadership
team on progress
• Cross-functional team experience with highly collaborative work style
• Self-starter, assertive, go-getter with high energy and desire to drive the business
• Detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
