Job Summary
The Sr. Specialist of Operations Services will report to the Director of Ops Services and will support in the
implementation of strategic business initiatives for Chili’s Restaurants. This Team Member will be familiar
with restaurant operations and will be able to collaborate with cross functional teams at the Restaurant
Support Center (RSC) while engaging in project management activities.
Your Key Job Functions
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Create and maintain business presentations for Sr. Project Managers and Business Leads
• Coordinate cross functional meetings to bring initiatives from ideation to launch
• Support Sr. Managers in developing detailed project plans, scopes and objectives, timelines, and
status updates while involving all relevant stakeholders
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Serve as a strong liaison between Sr. Project Managers and Project Teams to enable efficient,
productive solid work as well as deliverables for the organization
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Interpersonal Skills - ability to build effective organization relationships inside and outside the
department; demonstrate behavior consistent with expressed beliefs and commitments
• Problem Solving - ability to independently work through problems; strong ability to work under
pressure and short timelines while handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Communication Skills - excellent written and verbal; ability to collaborate with and influence both
internal and external stakeholders
• Technical Knowledge - ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of our business to
non-technical business partners
• Computer Skills - proficiently with MS Office, with a very strong skillset in PowerPoint
• Experience with Chili’s systems and people tools preferred: Menulink, KitchenSync, Taleo, Corrigo,
Aloha, ChiliHead Commitment, Ops 5
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University, preferred but not required
• Ability to travel approximately 10%
