hili’s is looking for a Brand Activation Manager that will be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns and activations that drive brand relevance in culture. The ideal candidate is tuned in to what’s relevant in culture with an understanding of what will resonate with brand audiences with the goal of growing brand love and affinity. This individual will lead the production of brand campaigns that live across digital, social and PR.
Your Key Job Functions
? Drive brand relevance through non-traditional marketing campaigns that live on digital
advertising, social and earned channels and activations.
? Partner with cross-functional marketing teams along with agencies on creation of advertising
campaigns and materials that speaks to the audience and campaign objectives.
? Manage the day-to-day production needs leading up to, throughout and post campaigns,
? Managing creative agency partner
? Manage production workflow of deliverables, timelines, schedules, and budget
? Partner closely with marketing leads to develop creative vision and share across
channels from concept to communication.
? Shipping of creative to internal teams and media partner
? Manage day-to-day communication with agencies + internal teams to manage process
? Lead and manage the day-to-day needs for branded merch collections and internal
What You Bring to the Team
? Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, i.e. advertising, communications, video production or
? 3-5 years of experience with creative production, including managing all production
? 5-7 years of experience if coming from the creative agency side. Background in Food &
Beverage, Production, Project Management preferred.
? Experience leading non-traditional productions, including celebrity partnerships, events, and
? Detail & solution oriented. A self-starter who is adept at managing multiple project timelines,
schedules, and budgets.
? Experience leading agency relationships and providing priorities and clear communication.
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and coordinate support functions.
? Energized by culture. Whether it’s sport, pop or food culture, this person will be tuned in to
what’s making headlines to help ensure brand relevance.
