Job Key Functions
- Develop and implement project management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with project management standards.
- Provide ongoing support for the strategic direction of the initiatives.
- Partner and collaborate closely with key stakeholders from the various departments across the organization to adapt and evolve the strategy as necessary.
- Generate and present reports on project status, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Responsible for facilitating continuous alignment across our cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure all projects continue to deliver the best results for team members, guests, and the business.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation using Smartsheet.
- Manage both short term and long-term projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and resources as needed.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Use data analytics to derive insights from performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree in project management, or related field required
- 5-8 years of project, program, or product management experience with examples of short- and long-term project management experiences
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and portfolios in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency with common industry development tools and software applications (MS Office and Smartsheet)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate effectively at executive levels.
- Proven ability to achieve actionable results through positive influence, fostering strong and sustainable relationships.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
- Obsessive attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong ability to elicit internal and external support, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize workload and adapt to project changes.
- Strong leadership skills, able to drive results with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability in handling unforeseen obstacles professionally.
- Openness to continuous feedback exchange with cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Travel-approximately 10-15%.
