We are seeking Business System Analyst (BSA) professionals with experience in Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM Fusion Cloud to join our IT Enterprise Systems team. As a BSA, you will be responsible for the management, support, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications within our organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions that optimize business processes. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion applications will be instrumental in driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and ensuring the successful utilization of these systems across various departments.
SCM (Supply Chain Management) BSA: Experienced with support and implementation of the following Oracle Supply Chain modules: Procurement, Contracts, Catalogs, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Registration, Order Management, Item Management.
HCM (Human Capital Management) BSA: Experienced with support and implementation of the following Oracle HCM modules from Hire to Retire: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent, Learning, Workforce, Recruitment & Onboard, Absence.
EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) BSA: Experienced with support and implementation of the following Oracle EPM modules: EDMCS, EPBCS, ARCS, FCCS, Narrative Reporting.
· Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
· Responsible for analysis, solutioning, configuration, testing, and production support of an Oracle Cloud program
· Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross-functional team members (Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers) to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies.
· Provide recommendations supportive of organization strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, patches, and enhancements.
· Engage in Data Management and Reporting Solutions. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
· Designs solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, and writing specifications.
· Responsible for assisting with the creation, modification, and execution of test plans and scripts.
· Responsible for analyzing and solutioning application issues and assisting cross-functional teams testing and implementing resolutions.
· Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support and recommends controls to problems through root-cause analysis.
· Able to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
· Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering/Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience working in a business analysis environment, with a focus on supporting and implementing Oracle Fusion applications in assigned area.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in related to area of expertise and modules is a plus.
- Proficiency in databases, excel, HCM Extract, BI Reports including RTF, eText and Excel Template, and XSL and OTBI reports.
- Excellent experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and File Based Data Import (FBDI).
- Expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM design studio, and customization of the global data model for the HCM Extracts and Bursting logics.
- Excellent functional knowledge in setting up the lookups, values set, work structures, area of responsibility, personalization, Business Process Management (BPM), approval, and configurations.
- Exceptional experience with REST API, SOAP, Web Services, Application Composer, Page Composer, and Page Configurator
- Expertise with bi-directional interfaces for ERP, SCM, HCM and EPM.
- Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
