Job Summary

As the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing brand level planning and forecasting of the Chili’s P&L. The position will support the Chili’s Grill and Bar brand and play a key role in leading analytical insight that drives sales and profitability. You will play a key role in representing finance in
CRM, guest loyalty efforts, and off-premises initiatives. In addition, this candidate will provide analytical insight in a variety of brand level efforts by creating/implementing strategies to drive the business forward. Your Key Job Functions

• Manage analysis, tracking, and reporting of trends in key operating areas with established performance benchmarks.
Provide and oversee key insights from data analysis to ensure CRM and guest loyalty efforts effectively support operational initiatives.
Maximize reporting efficiencies to enable timely and effective analysis of results.
Perform review and analysis of P&L results vs. expectations and develop operational steps necessary to improve sales and increase profitability.
Utilize Mastercard/APT advanced software (Test and Learn) to perform benchmarking, test versus control analysis and partner with execution team to ensure accurate test readouts, while providing recommendations based on test results.
Determine feasibility and/or return on existing programs and proposed programs.
Proactively search out opportunities for operational improvement through analysis of trends and report to customers and senior leadership in an organized, easily understood format.
Act as a key contact for Chili’s Operational and Corporate teams with special requests of analyses which will be instrumental in decisions made to improve results.
Collaborate with operations leadership to provide guidance, coaching and influence through key business tools to drive professional growth and organizational success.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. MBA a plus.
6-8 years related work experience, Restaurant Operations a plus.
Advanced excel experience with database mining and knowledge of other MS Office applications required. SmartView/Essbase experience preferred.
Exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to translate vision into action and drive tangible results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to create advanced financial models.
Intellectual curiosity with strong analytical, critical thinking skills, and the ability to strategize.
Must have attention to detail.
Proven ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
Team oriented/collaborative, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to build trust and relationships effectively.
Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills and direct report management experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
 • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence effectively with both with internal and external stakeholders.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, inspiring confidence and driving alignment across the organization.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative solutions to complex multi-disciplinary problems, understanding potential impacts to processes and related IT systems supporting the company.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
Effectively handle ambiguity in all aspects of work, including business direction and strategy.
