Job Summary 

The Disbursements Analyst will assist with the day-to-day operations of onsite and offshore team members supporting all functions related to Accounts Payable/Disbursements (Disbursements, Expense Reports, Procurement cards, unclaimed wage reporting, GL reconciliation, etc.).  This position requires knowledge of AP/Disbursements flow and invoice processing, PO creation, 3-way matching with the ability to multi-task, to solve problems and requires a high level of customer service as it requires interaction with guests, restaurant managers, internal team members and third-party service providers. 

Your Key Job Functions 

·         Support a diverse team of professionals (onshore and offshore) to ensure timely and accurate recording of invoices and expense reporting.

·         Create/Develop/analyze reconciliations for various AP/Disbursements accounts.

·         Oversee reconciliation of procurement card processing and partner with travel team to resolve ongoing coding issues.

·         Complete the timely and efficient month-end closing process to ensure accuracy of financial data.

·         Support reporting of unclaimed wages and reconciliation process.

·         Support internal expense report process, including and oversee reporting to executive team.

·         Analyze, evaluate, and implement, as necessary, previously identified process improvements related to the Disbursements process and perform quality and control audit reviews of all processes in assigned area.

·         Be an Accounting liaison to 3rd party partners to foster positive relationships.

·         Perform all needed SOX compliance and manage internal and external audits. 

What You Bring to the Team 

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related work experience.

·         10 years of experience in a related AP/Disbursements role with analytical or supervisory experience preferred.

·         Oracle Cloud AP/procurement/expense experience, preferred.

·         Oracle Cloud report writer is a plus.

·         Communicate technical subjects with internal and external partners (one-on-one, written and verbal).

·         Assist with day-to-day operations of a team with company’s goals to ensure constant alignment, along with consistent and appropriate controls to deliver quality data.

·         Expense report processing and reporting.

·         Process improvement experience (i.e., Lean or Six Sigma).

·         Superior customer service for internal and external partners.

·         GL and subledger reconciliation.
