Job Summary

The Director of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for delivering desired results and a successful launch through implementation, achievement of related financial and operational objectives for all strategic, cross-functional initiatives.

Your Key Job Functions

  • Manage and collaborate special projects, initiatives, and strategic priorities, on behalf leadership
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to aid decision-making and enhance operational efficiency
  • Serve as strategic partner to leadership by providing updates and recommendations on critical initiatives and projects
  • Define goals and scope for each initiative aligned with overall brand strategy
  • Communicate goals and objectives to all stakeholders across all levels in the organization, including senior leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and manage the interdependencies between functions ensuring priorities are set and paced and sequenced correctly
  • Monitor and track progress on strategic initiatives, ensure sustainability throughout, and make necessary adjustments to continue alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Recognize and mitigate risks quickly to resolve issues throughout project execution
  • Develop a playbook incorporating best practices and lessons learned for future strategic initiative implementations

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

·    Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management

  • Proficiency in research, insights, data analysis and reporting
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, meet and drive deadlines

·    Strong written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills

·    Proven track record of delivering results through influencing cross-functionally

·    Demonstrated ability to develop overall strategic direction while also maintaining detailed oversight of program execution

·    Strong Power Point and Excel skills

·    Ability to think critically and effectively solve problems while achieving desired results

·    Ability to travel as needed
