Job Summary

The Director of Food, Beverage and Service is responsible for creating and implementing food, beverage and service strategies and programs designed to drive revenue, enhance guest and team experience and improve operational efficiencies.

Your Key Job Functions

  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of short-term and long-term food, beverage and service strategy that is sustainable and positively impacts growth and profitability
  • Identify opportunities to increase profits and create value by challenging existing processes, encouraging innovation and driving change
  • Ensure standards are in place and systems maintained to ensure appropriate and ongoing refinement of product and service
  • Perform periodic site visits to ensure that the Food, Beverage and Service operation is in compliance with all policies and procedures and is operating in a manner to meet and exceed all financial and operational objectives
  • Develop a unique beverage selection and procurement strategy of all liquors, beers and wines
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments, proactively identify problems/opportunities, and take ownership of deadlines and deliverables
  • Stay current with food and beverage innovations, integrating them into our offerings and positioning brand for continued elevation                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance and operational metrics of food, beverage and service
  • Ensure all food, beverage and service training, standards and processes are being adhered to and  provide hands on training and support as needed

 What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in leadership role within the food and beverage industry, minimum 10 years of broad progressive experience including diversity in segment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful food and beverage strategies, plans, and programs that drive revenue and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support recommendations and actions

·    Business acumen with a focus on profitability and cost management

·    Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make strategic decisions

·    Ability to travel as needed
