Job Summary

Chili’s is looking for a growth-minded Associate Media Manager to join our team tomanage media programs including performance campaigns, campaign measurement, and execution across full-funnel media program. This person will be a collaborative, analytical, self-starter who is responsible for
implementing bold ideas through media programs to ensure Chili’s is highly relevant with both current and future customers. This person will also be goal-oriented and comfortable using data to inform media program decisions. This person will be adept at collaborating on multiple fronts: cross-functional internal teams and outside agencies. In addition, they’ll manage media measurement and audience related insights that will keep Chili’s on the cusp of culture and evolving with media trends. This is an opportunity to be part of an extremely collaborative, growth-oriented team who is creating cultural relevance, innovation and brand energy for the Chili’s brand.

What You Bring to the Team

• 2-3 years omni-channel & performance marketing managing brand and performance media planning, measurement, administration, budget tracking.
• Brand or Performance media experience across funnel and media channels that may include Video, Linear, CTV, Digital, Programmatic, Social, SEM, Experiential, OOH, Audio and Partnerships.
• Experience making data-driven marketing decisions to enhance and optimize campaigns.
• Adept at analyzing and measuring media programs to prove effectiveness and progress toward marketing program objectives and goals.
• Support activation of media sponsorship partnerships.
• Positive cross-functional communicator. Collaborates with PR, Social, Digital, Brand, and Strategy teams.
• Familiar with Tableau, Google Analytics and other similar analytics platforms.
• Detail & solution oriented. A self-starter who is adept at managing multiple project timelines, schedules and budgets.
• Strong track record in delivering best in class partnerships that overdeliver on value and impact for the brand.
• Experience managing agency relationships and providing priorities and clear communication.
• Energized by culture. Whether it’s sport, pop or food culture, this person will be tuned in to what’s making headlines to help ensure brand relevance.
