Job Summary
As the Manager, Inclusion & Wellbeing, you'll lead the integration and administration of our benefits and wellbeing program with a focus on inclusivity. Reporting to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director, you'll strategize and implement initiatives that support the holistic wellness of our Team Members and Teammates, fostering a culture of inclusivity and equity.

Your Key Job Functions

  • Collaborate with the Organizational leaders to develop the strategic direction of the benefits and wellness program, ensuring alignment with inclusive practices and insure initiatives are implemented effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide educational resources and workshops to Team Members on topics such as stress management, mental and emotional wellbeing, extended family benefits, accessibility, and comprehensive steps for usage.
  • Evaluate current benefit offerings and recommend changes based on market trends and best practices, with a focus on achieving ROI.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality service and resolution of issues.
  • Lead the development and implementation of an innovative and comprehensive wellness program that complements our benefits offerings.
  • Oversee accessibility to benefits and enrollment processes, including communication, presentations, and budget coordination.
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual benefit and wellness activities and events across the brand.

Communications

  • Develop communication and education strategies to enhance Team Member awareness and understanding of benefit & wellbeing offerings, access, and benefits.
  • Manage benefit materials, criteria, policies, and relationships with third-party partners to support program functionality.
  • Serve as the escalation point for benefit inquiries, providing prompt and equitable resolutions.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Utilize 5 years of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experience to support and lead in fostering an inclusive environment within the organization and enhance wellbeing program through an Inclusive lens.
  • Preferred talent development-related experience to design and execute development processes and tools across functions, aligning with organizational objectives for wellbeing and benefits.
  • Champion equity and inclusion by ensuring fair and unbiased practices in all aspects of wellbeing benefits.
  • Implement strategies supporting team member growth and development through resources, education, and accessibility of wellbeing benefits through a DEI lens.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a collaborative mindset, working independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Exhibit a hospitality-oriented approach to fostering team engagement in an inclusive culture.
  • Build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across teams to drive wellbeing and benefits initiatives tailored to our diverse workforce.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both internally and externally, ensuring effective delivery of information related to wellbeing programs and benefits offerings.
  • Manage multiple priorities with keen attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all aspects of program implementation and execution.
  • Demonstrate timely decision-making skills to address challenges and deliver results, while prioritizing employee wellbeing and organizational goals.
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
