Your Key Job Functions
- Applications Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain the Oracle Fusion applications environment, including but not limited to Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EPM, Oracle CX Cloud, and Oracle SCM Cloud.
System Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning measures to ensure optimal performance of Oracle Fusion applications. - Patch Management and Upgrades: Plan and execute patching and upgrade activities for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and adherence to best practices. Develop KPIs/Metrics Reports and Dashboards. Monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
- Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data within the Oracle Fusion applications environment. This includes user access management, role-based access control, and security configuration. Design and update user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
- Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for Oracle Fusion applications to ensure business continuity, data integrity and disaster recovery readiness to drive Cloud reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
- Instance Management: Assist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications.
- Integration and Interfaces: Configure and manage integrations and interfaces between Oracle Fusion applications and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Communication & Collaboration: Partner with Security, Network, Development and Product Teams to identify issues, driving issue resolution. Work with architects, developers, business users, and leads to ensure deliverables are aligned with desired business processes and design standards.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members as needed. - Vendor Management: Liaise with Oracle support and other third-party vendors to resolve issues, escalate support tickets, and stay informed about product updates and best practices. Communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies governing the use of Oracle Fusion applications. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
