Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to lead the strategic development and implementation of the ServiceNow platform across the organization. This role will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions that enhance IT service management (ITSM), business processes, and digital transformation initiatives.

Your Key Job Functions

•    Operate as the leader of the ServiceNow Platform and lead the design and development of solutions across the platform
•    Develop and manage the ServiceNow product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and leadership to gather requirements, define priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.
•    Provide technical leadership and mentoring, perform peer code reviews, and ensure the team is following best practices
•    Lead Agile product development efforts, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
•    Ensure platform governance, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
•    Stay up to date on ServiceNow capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
•    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.
•    Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to ServiceNow team members and stakeholders.
•    Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow, internal systems, and external systems
•    Manage and maintain the product reliability through the utilization of Change and Configuration Management process

What You Bring to the Team

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
•    7+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), technical architecture, or related roles.
•    3+ years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations, configurations, and enhancements.
•    Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and AI capabilities
•    Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
•    Demonstrated experience configuring and customizing all aspects of ServiceNow in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
•    Strong understanding of workflow and business process creations, modification, and improvement within ServiceNow.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships related to ServiceNow solutions.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
