Job Summary
Key member of the Oracle Technology team, responsible for technical leadership, design, and support of HCM, ERP, SCM, and EPM technology stacks for suite of Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS applications. This role has extensive experience with HCM & ERP application architecture and understands the broad solution dependencies for HCM and Financials platforms to address architectural needs across the portfolio. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies and programs for successfully growing companies and has a passion for new and emerging technologies and their applicability to business needs.
Your Key Job Functions
Strategic
- Design scalable, technically sound Oracle solutions that meet the business and technical objectives and are representative of leading industry best practices
- Provide technological input and assist in the creation of strategic and financial models to articulate business value and build business cases and ROI models of high complexity
- Research emerging trends in technology and the restaurant industry to determine, assess and communicate the impacts, trade-offs, risks, costs, benefits and opportunities of IT solutions
Tactical
- Lead technical design and construct efforts for Oracle PaaS and SaaS platform in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Work directly with business and technology resources and vendors/partners in developing and managing Oracle PaaS Integration Framework from inception to deployment, including transition to support and maintenance
- Manage design and implementation of ongoing release management practices for Oracle SaaS applications
- Initiate and lead business and technical discussions with appropriate stakeholders, analyze and translate requirements into technical design, present and champion world-class business solutions that meet those requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leadership, business, and functional team members to align objectives, resources, and expectations.
- Effectively communicate solutions architecture to the customer, project teams, and related third parties to ensure experiences and technology are delivered on-strategy
- Manage third party service providers across multiple technical tracks - SaaS and PaaS development
Mentor junior technologists on the team by sharing technical know-how in an ongoing capacity
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field
- 10 years' experience in the following areas: Applications Development, Information Technology, Systems Architecture, Project Management
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Oracle Cloud in a technical architecture capacity with design, implementation, and support of diverse and highly integrated systems
- Experience with Java & Oracle technology stacks, Service Oriented Architecture and services platforms (ESB), and integration platforms
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies, architecture modeling techniques and standards.
