Job Summary

Hi, Welcome to Chili's! IYKYK 

You'll be the engine behind Chili's influencer program- helping leading strategy, managing day-to-day execution, and acting as the go-to partner for our influencer agency and partners. You'll track trends faster than TikTok's algorithm and lead the charge on how the creator marketplace talks about the brand. This is a role for someone who's equal parts strategic thinker and pop culture junkie. Someone who doesn't just scroll-they spot opportunities, pitch ideas, and understand the power of a well-placed Instagram Story. You'll work closely with our Social and Brand teams to ensure our influencer efforts don't just look good-they drive results. 

Oh, and yes, there will be cheese pulls, lots of cheese pulls.

Your Key Job Functions

  • Assist with leading influencer strategy in partnership with our social and brand teams to drive relevance, reach, and authentic conversation for Chili's.
  • Be the day-to-day lead and main point of contact with the influencer partners -providing creative briefs, campaign goals, and feedback. 
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of influencer activations-timeline planning, tracking deliverables, monitoring performance, and sharing key wins internally.
  • Track and report on influencer trends, platforms, and talent by providing timely and consistent reporting. 
  • Own the end-to-end marketing and creative strategy for the Chili's merch store, including planning and executing annual swag drops, as well as developing curated items for influencer and partner gifting.
  • Manage influencer gifting programs from brainstorm to unboxing-includes developing gift concepts, coordinating logistics, and keeping the surprise + delight vibes high.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creators directly (you're not afraid to slide into DMs).
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure influencer content is aligned with brand tone, voice, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with culinary and innovation teams to identify emerging food trends and translate them into compelling, influencer-first content opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with the media team to seamlessly integrate influencer content into the media campaigns.
  • Keep a pulse on culture and community sentiment-help us show up in the right way, at the right time, with the right people.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's Degree; (English, Communications, Marketing or Advertising preferred) 
  • 2-4 years of social media management experience (client or agency)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite with focus in Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere 
  • Communicate effectively through writing and editing skills
  • Proven ability to be a strategic thinker, solve problems, be proactive, and drive for results 
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment 
  • Independent worker, strong customer focus, team player, highly developed interpersonal communication skills
