Job Summary
The Team Member Relations Sr. Agent will provide support to managers through performance management and investigations by assisting with policy interpretation, best practices, and consistent follow-up. This position will partner with the Chili's Field Operations Team to address Team Member issues at the first point of contact and escalate when necessary. The role will also help ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
This individual will focus on building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and identifying trends that support proactive solutions. This role is well-suited for someone eager to learn and grow in employee relations, with the drive, judgment, and decision-making skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You'll Do
- Partners with restaurant leaders on Team Member Relations matters, including elevated and allegations of a sensitive nature. Coaches Restaurant Leaders on conducting proper investigations and provides options and advice for outcomes.
- Instills trust and confidence by maintaining objectivity and clearly communicating rationale behind recommendations
- Acts as a consultant in determining coaching opportunities and/or disciplinary action and terminations. Partners with People Works Partners, and Area Directors on complex or escalated issues.
- Develops specialized knowledge of assigned geographical locations and provides feedback, training and expertise to management on trends or escalated Team Member Relations needs.
- Other related duties and special projects as assigned that would include support on the TM Hotline.
