Job Summary
Manage franchise compliance/legal function. Reports to VP, Assistant General Counsel
What You'll Do
- Franchise Compliance & Enforcement
- Contract Administration and Lifecycle Management (Franchise Agreements)
- Disclosure and Regulatory Compliance (FDD and disclosure requirements)
- Franchise Process Management (franchisee qualification, side consent and development support, internal policies, franchise manual updates)
What You Bring to the Team
5+ years experience in franchise law with multi-unit or franchisor company
Experience supporting or managing Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and familiarity with FTC franchise regulations and state registration requirements
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
