Job Summary
The Vice President of Product Flow and Supply Chain Strategy is responsible for leading the Brinker’s product flow and supply chain strategy. This includes developing and executing strategies for distribution, S&OP, brand program management, inventory management, and supply chain systems. The VP will also be responsible for leading a team of Supply Chain professionals and managing over $1 billion in food spend via distributors.
Your Key Job Functions
§ Develop and execute the company's product flow and supply chain strategy
§ Lead the development and implementation of distributor contracts, freight providers, and outside warehouse strategy
§ Track distributor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
§ Lead the S&OP process and ensure that the company has the right product in the right place at the right time
§ Manage brand program inventory and ensure that the company is meeting its sales goals
§ Develop and implement supply chain capabilities that support the company's business goals
§ Think through the restaurant supply chain of the future and identify opportunities for innovation
What You Bring to the Team
§ 10+ years of experience in the foodservice industry or related industry with a focus on supply chain
§ Knowledgeable in supply chain technologies and applications of next generation techniques (e.g., machine learning, robotics, and AI)
§ Proven track record of success in developing and executing supply chain strategies
§ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
§ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
§ Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with key stakeholders
§ MBA or equivalent degree
